People, Prussia decided, were a lot like ice cream. A person could be simple, like vanilla, or full of surprises like a Rocky Road. They could be hard or soft, big or small.
Normally it was unusual for Prussia to find himself in a philosophical mood, but perhaps that was the side effect of hanging around someone as quiet and thoughtful as Canada. On that particular day, the two had gone to a park and bought ice cream from a nearby shop before sitting down on a park bench to eat it.
Prussia glanced at Canada who was neatly licking his strawberry ice cream instead of gobbling it up like Prussia was with his double chocolate chunk.
No, maybe ice cream was more like life. You could try to enjoy as much of it in the shortest time possible, or you savored it slowly so that it wasn't too bad when it was almost gone. But either way, it would disappear at some point and leave you wondering where it had gone.
Returning his attention to Canada, Prussia unconsciously slowed the consumption of his treat as he watch Canada devour his own. His tongue would stroke the smooth shiny surface of the ice cream before bringing some of the sweetness into his mouth, and then repeat the process. Occasionally the pink muscle would dart out to catch some drops that trickled down the cone just in time. It was fascinating and very arousing for the Prussian.
He remembered something he'd read on the internet about how your favorite flavor of ice cream has something to do with your personality. If he remembered correctly, his love of double chocolate chunk meant that he was an extrovert and loved being the life of the party. That described him pretty well. People who loved strawberry, like his Birdie, were shy, thoughtful and were very committed to their relationships. All of which seemed true as far as Prussia could tell.
"What are you thinking about?" Canada asked, startling Prussia out of his musings. "You looked like you were really deep in thought."
Canada has a bit of ice cream on his nose. Prussia tore his eyes away from it long enough to respond, "Oh, it's nothing. I was just thinking about ice cream."
"Really?" Canada raised an eyebrow, intrigued and amused at the same time. "And what are your conclusions?"
Prussia didn't say anything, but he leaned toward the Canadian and before he could stop himself, licked the ice cream off his nose.
"I need to try something else before I answer that." Prussia finally answered before brushing his lips against Canada's and tasting the strawberry that lingered on them. Then he took a lick of his own ice cream to compare. Strawberry and chocolate danced on his tongue together and complimented each other very well.
"So…?" Canada prompted, a small smile on his face.
"I think that both of us are a lot like ice cream. We're different flavors and no one would ever think to combine us, but if you do, we taste pretty good together."
Canada beamed and kissed Prussia who was more than happy to reciprocate. He tasted Canada's natural sweet flavor and resolved to himself to savor his ice cream in the future.

SuFin: Ice-cream
Tino smiled to himself as he squirmed further into the comfort of the couch, his feet up and a cool silk blanket cuddled up against his chest and over his knees. It was noon and he was awarded for his thus far hard work with a bit of piece and quiet. His favourite cartoon was playing on the TV, Hanatamago was sleeping, and his two favourite men in the whole wide world had gone out for ice-cream.
He was surprised when he heard the front door be pushed open, followed by the heavy, lugging steps that could only be his partner. Maybe they had forgotten something, because they hadn't left all that long ago. Berwald stepped into the living room an

Ding dong.
Arthur stood up, running a hand through his messy blond hair and grabbing a bowl filled with colorful treats. He placed a hand on the doorknob and turned it, his green eyes brightening at the sight of dressed up children that wore wide grins upon their faces. They held up bags to him, expecting candy to be dropped into them.
"Oh, you two!" their mother scolded. "Say the correct words or else you won't get candy!" The duo looked at Arthur, eyes wide and fearful. He merely smiled at them and held the candy bowl behind his back, making sure to taunt them into obeying their mother.
"Trick or treat!" they quickly exclaimed in unison,

Skype Surprise: PruCan
'Hey Birdie hurry up!' Gilbert yelled to Matthew to join him in the living room. He was plopped down in front of his computer with the Skype window up. He had convinced Matthew to finally talk to Ludwig since Gilbert hadn't actually told him that they were dating. Now that they were engaged it had to be time.
Matthew walked into the room carrying a tray with some very sweet looking bars on it. 'Sucre à la crème,' he said placing the tray down. 'A specialty in Quebec.'
'Awesome,' Gilbert said snagging himself a bar. 'Now sit down so we can get this over with.' Matthew tugged a blanket off the back of the couch and sat next to the P
